Why an Extranet based on the Oryanoo technology ?

Oryanoo portal technical features:

  • Dynamic tree of articles, built against the user profile
  • Access right management at the article level
    Access rights are defined by the virtual office administrator

    When the notification system is activated, all concerned individuals are informed of the publication of a new document on the portal.

Each article features:

  • Its name,
  • Its display position in the portal
  • Its access type (Intranet or extranet)
  • Its access rights
  • The quota assigned to the article and the possible sub-articles underneath it;

Announcements and documents are published in an information article.
An announcement features:

  • Subject (announcement or document title)
  • Announcement text (or text presenting the document)
  • Attached files (of any type : text, calc sheets, presentation, image, sound or video, ...)
  • Life span (or expiration date)

If files are of the .gif or .jpg types, then they will be displayed as thumbnails when the announcement is displayed.
