Working principles:
ORYANOO Mailing is linked to the contact manager.
Using the query function, you precisely select the recipients profile for your mailing operation.
Using the message editor, you elaborate the accompanying message.
You then only need to select the sending as fax or email and you are done.
Prior to your first campaign, you will easily populate your contact manager with a flat file fed into the import tool.
Which type of subscription is needed to operate the Mailing module ?
You need to have a valid subscription to the virtual office. This is a monthly subscription for as many individuals as there are potential users of the virtual office at any one time.
Mailing operations (email or fax) will be charged on a monthly basis as per the quantities of mails or faxes sent during that period.
That's all ! There is neither start-up nor termination fee.
