This mode allows you to you use you web site as an interactive space open to your visitors.
Once your questionnaire is completed in your virtual office, you only need to insert a link to it on your web site so as to lead your visitors to your survey.
Oryanoo Quest used in push mode:
This mode allows you to invite individuals of your choice to answer your questionnaire.
The query tool from the Oryanoo contact manager allows you to define the profile of the respondents.
Then, the dispatch module will send an invitation to reply to each individual listed on the report. This email includes a message of your own and a link containing a key, unique to each recipient. Upon receipt of the email, the respondent just needs to click on the link to start completing the on-line questionnaire.
Oryanoo Quest used in manual capture mode:
This mode is suited for campaigns (prospecting, marketing, polling, ...) run by your sales force or your call centre.
The person on the phone calls the respondent and reads the script of the survey which in this mode is linked to the respondent's details in the contact manager. Answers to the questions are then manually input during the phone conversation.
